Background
Innovation and creativity are important leadership qualities for success in any business. This program is of particular interest to leaders looking to foster innovation and creativity in the workplace or anyone who spends time problem-solving, innovating and/or adapting business processes.
The edge in business goes to the organization with creative, forward thinking leaders. 60% of the 1541 CEOs surveyed in the 2010 IBM Global CEO study names creative leadership as the critical capability for success over the next few years. In a complex world leadership is no longer about choosing between unacceptable alternatives but about leveraging the power in the dualities.  Creative leaders don’t accept “either/or” but embrace the best of both.
As well as embodying creative leadership, leaders need to understand the ecosystem that is organizational creativity: the four components that interact to make up organizational creativity.  Participants obtain hands-on experience with practical examples of business situations.
